Заключение: проведенные исследования позволили изучить особенности морфофункционального состояния и уровень здоровья людей зрелого и пожилого возраста и на основе полученных данных разработать алгоритм нормирования физической нагрузки в занятиях оздоровительной направленности по исходному уровню физического состояния; обосновать и экспериментально проверить рациональный двигательный режим занятий оздоровительной физкультурой для людей зрелого и пожилого возраста, базирующихся на индивидуальных особенностях, состоянии здоровья, уровне физического развития и биологическом возрасте.
Two groups of 175 men and 210 women aged 40-79 years were examined. The group of 130 was engaged in the specially developed fitness program including traditional fitness exercises: walking, jogging, calisthenics, training devices, as well as joint and respiratory exercises, rhythmoplastics, active games and muscular relaxation. The sessions were held twice a week during 2 hours: 1 hour for practical exercises and 1 hour for theoretical learning. There the world-looking problems were considered in the theoretical part: hygiene and self-estimation, interrelation psychology, various approaches to leading problems, acquaintance with different fitness programs. The standardization of physical load during the sessions was realized according to the algorithm developed by the researches of the Saint-Petersburg Research Institute of Physical Culture on the basis of the computer-testing program including 30 factors. The results testified of the reliable improvement of a motor fitness, functional condition, physical work capacity, general feeling, and biological age.
