The social essence of physical culture will grow, because it is the integrative mean of preventive maintenance of diseases (including mental) in connection with the increase of the importance and opportunities of a self-realization in a modern society. The physical activity of youth results in the significant reduction of the negative symptoms among the new generation (stress, hypodynamy, narcotism etc.). The purposes and tasks of sports education of children and teenagers now enter into the basic public values. However the basic thing, inducing the motive of children to occupations by physical exercises is the sports result. Hence, it is logical to build process of physical culture in view of the basic motive of children and teenagers and occupations at lessons of physical culture in educational institutions and in nonlearning time to make mutually conditioned to unit in system. Such organizational-methodical decision will promote the formation not only the interest of children to regular occupations by motor activity, but also the sports reserve and effective selection in kinds of sports. The given problems are rather actual on postsocialist area in connection with the sharp reduction of state financing of sports and as a consequence by reduction of the number of children engaged at sports schools.
