    The physical recreation became the subject of scientific researches in the Russian science from the middle of 60th of XX century. It is the fragment of studying of different scientific disciplines (recreology, theories of physical culture, resortology, economy, social psychology, cultural science) and to give any generalizing definition to it is not possible yet. The author of this study is trying to give an appropriated place to physical recreation in whole system of human oriented sciences. The physical recreation is the important factor of perfection of psychophysical conditions of the person, his (her) spiritual world, system of valuable orientations.
