    The purpose of this message was to consider the complete concept of the system of training developed by the author, its theoretical-methodical bases and starting positions. The object of the research was the educational process in the system of the post-gradual special sports education, considered mainly on the part of theoretical-methodical training of specialists carried out in it, and the results of the development of theoretical knowledge, methodical skills. The subject of the research was the technology of education, its substantial and remedial bases. The need for the revision of the system of education under the influence of the changes occurring in the social environment and culture of the society has resulted in necessity of the statement of design character for the activity of the teacher and students, in the wide social context of attitudes with the support of new information technologies. The use of these forms not only allows to unit system of knowledge with activity on its mastering, but also opens the great opportunities for the development of the creative individual and collective activity of the subjects of the educational process.
