    The purpose of the research was the development of the program-methodical support of the specialized training of masters on physical culture (the problem field - "Information technologies in physical culture and sports"). The author developed the education-methodical complex of the discipline "Information technologies in sciences about physical culture, sports and education". The purposes of the course are formulated according to requirements showed to it and represent by itself system-creating component of the course. The offered approach to the definition of the contents of the subject field of masters' training "Information technologies in physical culture and sports" and its realization promotes the achievement of the basic strategic purposes of an education system. They are reflected in such projects of reforming of an education system in the Russia, as "the National doctrine of education in the Russian Federation" (for the period till 2025) "Modernization of education" (for the period till 2010).
