The regular studying of motivation and the process of interest's becoming to occupations by physical culture and sports is the major condition of the training of the personality's physical culture of a person. The internal motivation and the interests of the person to the certain kinds of physical culture and sports activity depend not only on theoretical knowledge and motor skills. It depends upon many biological, physiological, anthropometrical, psychological and psychomotor features of a person also. The condition and features of the motivation of occupations by physical culture can be revealed with the help of an anonymous questioning. Questions of the questionnaire can be the diversified (depending on age of engaged) and to carry both the direct, and the indirect character. For the definition of levels of interest's becoming as the psychological basis of personal physical culture, the method of the self-estimation of interest ("the scale of interest "), the method of expert estimations of interest, and also "the situation of a choice" are applied.
