Among the various directions of the motor activities the area of the improving-preventive physical culture, which is between two polar systems connected to physical load, is especially highlighted. It is the area of sports of the maximum achievements, on the one hand, and the physiotherapy exercises - with the other. The important place in the improvement of the nation is allocated now to the improving-preventive physical culture which includes not only the process of regular purposeful occupations by physical exercises with the purpose of improvement of the health, but also the decision of problems closely connected to them - the nourishment, the mental regulation, the formation of an individual lifestyle, the formation of an active vital position, etc. The author results the main principles on which the improving training is based, and graphically shows their interrelations in the article.
