It is known, that in the hierarchy of concepts in the area of physical culture the concept "physical culture" is the basic one. There are more than two tens of the various interpretation of that concept to the present time. The tendency to the applied interpretation of the classical treatments of the concepts from the area of the physical culture has appeared in the last years. So, the physical culture in specific, applied sense is an element of culture of a person, which specific contents are made with the rationally organized regular motor activity used by a person for the optimization of the condition of an organism. The problem of the saturation of the general educational subject "physical culture" by values of the culture, physical culture, giving the truly educational character to it should solve teachers, scientists and statesmen, the last - first of all. The alternatives of giving to the subject "physical culture" of originally cultural, educational orientation, as well as to general and continuous education in that area are not present. The basis of the formation and the development of physically cultural and healthy nation are in it.
