The needs of the area of tourism in the new conditions are appreciably concentrated on the necessity of the adequate personnel maintenance of all directions of the development, kinds and forms of tourism. The basic contradiction of it consists in the versatile character of tourist activity which, on the one hand, requires experts of various professions, specialties, qualifications, and with another - in essentially new technologies of the service for tourists, needs in which arise in the process of the development of allied industries of an economic complex and the formation of specialists in the adjacent kinds of a professional activity. There is the problem of the professional training of the experts capable to the effective service of tourist-sports movement, including the executing of functions of managers of sports teams, managers of sports actions, financial managers in view of the aforesaid. Despite of an operational experience of functionaries of the Russian and international sports associations available in this area (federations by kinds of sports), modern conditions of athletes training and the organization of competitions determine the necessity of the further analysis of the situation and conditions of specialists of the new generation training - the managers on tourist-sports operating.
