    The educational potential of tourism incorporated in the contents of the training of students of the highest tourist school; forms and methods of training of students to create the conditions for education in a tourist environment; the specificity of practice-experimental work on the introduction of the program of educational activity in continuous professional tourist education; receptions of the organization of educational process, the work of trainees and graduates in tourist firms are in the basis of the system of educational activity in tourism. The difficulty of tourist education of the personality of the future specialist at the present stage is determined by the fact that the high level of development of branch of tourism and semicentenial experience of the highest professional training on tourism abroad are not reflected in the pedagogical theory as the complete concept in which tendencies, approaches and ways of achievement of necessary quality of training of specialists would be revealed and generalized. The developed in the RIAT system of the educational activity by recourses of tourism allows passing all the steps of professional socialization and formation of the personality.
