    The purpose of this research was the revealing of preferences of entrants (pupils of high schools and lyceum students) and students of the first course of RIAT in the choice of kinds of active tourism, including the sports tourism (sports campaigns). The need for the special research of preferences of entrants and students for the choice of kinds of active tourism was dictated by the necessity of entering scientifically proved corrections in the working curricula and programs of discipline "sports tourism", taught in tourist highest schools, and also in educational groups of the preuniversity training faculties and lyceum classes. The anonymous questioning was carried out in 28 groups. The average age of respondents - entrants and lyceum students was 14,5 years, students - 16,3 years. The author has formulated conclusions by the results of the research, which will allow correcting the further politics in the area of the active tourism.
