    The one of the factors determining the state of a health, and the major indicator describing its level, is the motor development and parameters of the mental condition of the person. The automated complex of methods allowing to operatively estimate the parameters of the motor maintenance of motor activity of the person on parameters of time, space, power and the parameters reflecting realized motor and vegetative components of the mental condition were used in the research. The concept of the genetic predisposition of a person to performance of the certain movements and actions was put in the basis of the technique. The results of the research can form the basis for the further detailed substantiation of structural-functional model of development of motor-mental reactions of invalids and persons with deviations in the state of a health.
