    The necessity of the whole development of the student's personality by the means of physical culture formed the main positions of renewing the system of physical education in universities. The positions to be build on the base of the humanity's and democracy's principles, must carry the cultural creative nature. The aim of this paper was the theoretical foundation and practical checking-up of pedagogical conditions of the realization of the personality-developing approach in the physical education. The results of the carried out pedagogical experiment confirms the effectiveness of the personal developing approach at the student's physical education using. That kind of the approach makes corresponding pedagogical conditions to form the harmonious and all-round developed personality.
