    The aim of this paper was the analysis of existing researches of functions of a management by motor actions of a person. The author has united the stated sights and the facts in the uniform hypothetical model and has described it in the article. In the offered model the neuron networks carrying out only algebraic addition operation that increases the speed of the system. For more effective development of the coordination reorganizations in the motor actions of a person the system of feedback should be organized on the differences of speeds of movement of parts of a body. In that model the first level of the management is realized in the highest parts of the central nervous system.
