    The research was carried out for the studying of the need of students of the Kuban state academy of physical culture in administrative knowledge and determination of the conditions of their positive influence on the professional training. The 51 % from 1090 respondents are interested in administrative disciplines. The majority of respondents (70 %) sees the perfection of administrative education in universities of physical culture as the necessary. The innovational program of the continuous administrative education of students was developed in the Kuban state academy of physical culture. The program provides continuous administrative education of students of academy during all process of the training by the introduction of the additional administrative disciplines, taking into the account gradualness of the highest sports education and the requirement of state standards to the level of professional and administrative competence of students. It is supposed, that it will allow to increase the quality of training of the experts in the area of physical culture and sports and will provide to the graduates of sports universities the international qualifying qualities.
