The program of physical and mental development of pupils developed by the author is based on the realization of the principle of the "conjugated influence". The purpose of this methodical program of the conjugated influences is the saving of the positive physical and mental health of pupils by the education of the culture of the own body, the conjugated physical and mental development on the basis of the game and creative activity, the realized attitude to the health. The program consists of 128 hours (32 hours per one year with 1st on 4th forms, at the rate of one occupation per one week). The lesson can be carried out as the third lesson of physical culture per week or due to the school component. Four typological groups of school aged children were described as the result of analytical research. There were organized the differentiated approach to the application of means and methods of the conjugated influence on physical and mental areas of pupils for each group. Variants of work with pupils proceeding from their specific features are described also.
