The authors examined thermoregulatory reactions of vessels of microcirculation channels of back skin at healthy young men after their 20 minutes stay in the conditions of hyperthermia. The areas of skin with the different intensity of bloodstream were revealed. The fluctuations of bloodstream are provided with the active work of precapillary sphincters. It was marked, that at the vasoconstriction of microvessels the contribution of the myogenous mechanism in the modulation of moving blood is higher than in the comparison with the reaction of vasodilation. The increase of the contribution of pulse oscillations of fluctuation of the erythrocytes stream in the remote period of the restoration was found. The analysis of forward and oscillatory movements of erythrocytes in microvessels has shown, that Doppler's laser flowmetry allows to explore the collective processes going into microcirculatory system.
