    Processes of ageing of the educational technologies were clearly enough designated in the modern system of physical education of students of not sports high schools in last years. There are more and more confidently come all-round variants and the differentiation of the teaching and educational process, humanistic orientation to the individual cognitive inquiries and opportunities of each student, his (her) interests and abilities on change of the rigid unification of the curriculums, to the sample forms and methods of the pedagogical activity. The application of the wide nomenclature of means and methods of physical education in view of the individual-typological characteristics of students determines the personal-guided contents of the educational space and gives more opportunity of the effective realization of the base purpose of physical education in high school - the formations of physical culture of students.
