    Many of the long-term researches of employees and post-graduate students of the All-Russia scientific research institute of physical culture are devoted to questions of the preventive maintenance of deviant and illegal behaviour by the means of physical culture and sports. The carried out researches have convincingly shown the huge value of the attraction of teenagers to the regular sports occupations in the interaction with the local controls, the general educational organizations, parents, bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the factor of the preventive maintenance not only offences, but drugs use also. The opportunity of preventive work with difficult pupils in out-of-school establishments; during the realization of school and mixed sports occupations are proved.
