The necessity of radical restructuring of physical culture specialists' training process in the system of secondary professional training is ripening today. Thus it is emphasized both by scientific, and by practical workers, that the degree of realization of available scientific, educational and methodical development in that system does not correspond to modern requirements. The author, basing on the results of the analysis of the scientific-methodical literature, the preliminary empirical researches and comparative pedagogical experiments, allocated four main principles of his concept: the priority of the personality of a student, the continuity of education, the intensification of educational process, the account of a kind of professional work. The introduction in the qualifier of the secondary professional training's new directions of the training connected to special education, will allow pedagogical colleges to prepare tutors and teachers of correction-developing education for this system.
