    In spite of the breadth of the distribution in children's mass sports of martial arts, Ushio has no adequate methodical base from the positions of the modern theory and the technique of physical education. The structure of formal complexes' movements in Ushio is very close to free exercises of female sports gymnastics and exercises with subjects of free callisthenics. Therefore, it is necessary to build the training process of Ushio basing on achievements of the modern theory and the technique of gymnastics. On the other hand, martial art Ushio can and should enrich with the unique means, methods and principles of physical perfection in modern gymnastic school.
