The problem of an objective estimation of the efficiency of thaekwondists' competitive activity is solved not completely. The author had developed and approved the methods of an estimation of the efficiency of thaekwondists competitive activity, which enables to determine the level of the preparedness of the separate components (technical, tactical, physical, psychological) and to estimate the level of the competitive preparedness as a whole. The most important criteria of levels of the preparedness, which characterize thaekwon-do as a kind of sports and predetermine result of competitive duels were included in an estimation. The offered technique was approved at an estimation of efficiency of thaekwondists competitive activity, on championship of Republic Bashkortostan among young men and girls in 2001. It was analyzed 40 competitive duels, which have been recorded by the modern videoequipment. The developed technique allows carrying out the control of the level of thaekwondists technical and tactical preparedness in competitive duels and enables to carry out the directed pedagogical influence in the subsequent sports training.
