    The operational experience collected by authors in comprehensive school had shown, that the despite of presence in an existing education system of many reasons negatively influencing on the health of pupils, the insufficient financing of educational organizations, it is possible to solve the problems connected to deterioration of the health of pupils more effectively. The precise definition of the basic directions of activity, the comprehension of their importance, the selection of adequate means for their realization, the presence of knowing and skilful head, qualified personnel and the big desire is necessary first of all for this purpose. The complex of actions for the health improvement of pupils, applied by authors, has allowed not only to improve the health of children but also to increase the quality of their knowledge. It was favorably reflected in the increase of the number of graduates of the school, which have entered in high schools, and the productivity of the participation of pupils in area and regional educational Olympiads.
