    The author shows that the methodological installation on the organization of the conditions necessary for the modernization of physical education can be displayed in formulations of the basic directions and functions modernized, to be exact essentially new infrastructure of physical training in a comprehensive school: the creation of organizational pedagogical conditions of appeal to children of the maintenance and an orientation of occupations by physical exercises, games and improving actions at the lessons of physical education; the maintenance of conformity of training and training influences at lessons of physical training to features of age development of a motility and mentality of trainees, their individual morpho-functional features, sports propensities and interests; the active and system use of the newest technologies of physical and sports education of children, teenagers and youth; the purposeful and priority assimilation by pupils the aesthetic, moral, spiritual and health-forming values of physical and sports culture and stimulation of the positive attitude of schoolchildren to the subject "Physical education".
