In the set of the experiments, where the 1st year students took part (in each case n"100), the reaction of cardiovascular system on some kinds of physical load was determined according to the parameters of cardiac rate frequency which, from the author's point of view, are the most logical in the mode of educational day of students. Then according to the parameters of the average initial levels of power expenditure of an organism were paid off at these kinds of activity. The further calculations constructed on the basis of findings showed, that students can leave on the level of functioning of the athlete of 3rd category in the end of 2nd year because of the expenses of energy in conditions of the offered by the author motor mode, but total expenses of time for the realization of the program will come nearer to the maximal sizes (1,66 hours a day). According to these parameters, the author predicts, that on the fifth year of training the achievement of the given load in volume of 1000 kcal, entirely consisting of independent kinds of motor activity will occur due to the increase of the intensity of carried out work, which can be considered as the natural and expected result of the increased efficiency of an organism. According to the data and the results of more than 20-year autoexperiment, the author has came to the conclusion, that jogging for 30-40 minutes a day is the optimum variant of motor activity.
