    The analysis of the quality of educational process on physical culture in the higher educational institutions carried out by the authors allowed to outline the basic ways of the increase of its efficiency: - To count the obligatory real performance in each higher educational institution of requirements of the State educational standard in the area of the organization and realization of educational process on physical culture; - To undertake real steps for the creation of necessary conditions for regular improvement of professional skill and retraining of the pedagogical staff on physical culture in frameworks of "the provisional curriculum of discipline "physical culture""; - to use modern educational and information technologies in educational process on physical culture wider not only at corresponding, but also in instruction by correspondence forms of education of students.
