    The concept offered by authors bases on the General declaration of human rights, the Convention and the declaration on rights of the child, the Law of the Russian Federation "About education". During the development of the concept the authors also based on the organic law of pedagogical process about obligatory assignment of social experience of senior generations by rising generations. The concept provides the description of the principles of construction, forms and ways of scientific - cognitive activity. Such philosophical doctrines, as existentialism, pragmatism, neotomism, dialectic materialism were the methodical basis of the concept. The urgency of the concept is in contradiction between low economic culture of businessmen and absence of scientific development on education of economic culture of the students who are involved into labour life; between general limitation and vocational training. The earlier generated problems and the problem of integrative character, which rose again is "education of economic culture", where pedagogics takes place on a joint, cultural science and economy.
