    Nowadays the sports law only applies for the post in the branch of legal system. So, the sports law is not included in the All-Russian qualifier of specialties of scientific qualification from July, 1, 1995 yet and consequently it is not taught as an independent discipline on the regular basis of legal high schools. Both legislative base and a definite amount of legal literature are absent on the given theme. If there was not any law enforcement practice of the most general questions of activity of arbitration courts, it will be early to speak about it with the reference to sports disputes. At the same time the wide experience of consideration of sports disputes is already accumulated abroad by both state, and arbitration courts. It, undoubtedly, could be used and in Russia it would make the results of consideration of sports disputes more predicted and would provide the opportunity to assert the sports victories including in litigations to the Russian athletes.
