The complex researches specify the progressing deterioration of the meal base of athletes. The attempts of the majority of researchers to correct meals by the introduction of additives of functional purpose are characterized by unilateral approaches. Besides the experts frequently underestimate the interrelation of the ergogenetic effect of the additives and the metabolic dynamics during the individual adaptation to the muscular activity of a various character. The participants of this research are the students of the Kuban state university of physical culture, sports and tourism, having different sports qualifications and specializing in the Greek-Roman struggle. The complex analysis of the individual food status at the organized meals of wrestlers of the Greek-Roman style, in the view of the power orientation of training loadings, allowed to establish a low integrated parameter of adequacy that is caused by not optimum receipt of the basic, and the essentually food substances in an organism. In particular, the quantitative structure of the irreplaceable amino acids is not balanced.
