The purpose of the research was the development of technology of normalization of the specialty and a coordination complexity of training loadings and an experimental substantiation of their age dynamics at the stages of long-term training of football players. The questioning was carried out among 230 football experts and coaches from different regions of Russia. The pedagogical experiment with the duration of 50 weeks was carried out with the participation of 380 9-17 year-old pupils. The construction of the training process in sports schools on the basis of an age differentiation specialty and the coordination complexity of loadings reveals new opportunities of the further optimization of long-term training of young football players. The received results supplement the theory and a technique of child-youth football, and also specify the necessity of the further development of age aspects of the problem.
