The purpose of the research was to substantiate the psychological ways of decreasing of conflicts, aggression and rising of fastness of pupils to these processes at lessons of physical culture. The author suggests the informing pupils through the training at lessons of physical culture, that long and intensive exhibiting of aggression will negatively affect many systems and functions of an organism at daybreak. For example, in early morning there is an abjection of a hydrochloric acid in a stomach to proportionally discharged to hormone of an epinephrine in a conflict. It is especially emphasized, that conflicts ruin pupils' health in dependence on the frequency and intensity of abjection of hormones in blood. The author believes, that pupils do not have such information, do not realize and do not assume, that there can be serious diseases not only after conflicts, but also even after insignificant quarrels.
