    The researches carried out by authors shown, that before entering high school first-year students are interested basically in football, basketball, athletic and rhythmic gymnastics classes. According to the interests of students the material base with two game halls, a hall of the athletic gymnastics, four halls of rhythmic gymnastics, stadium, with 8 platforms for mini-football was acquired and equipped: Regular studying of motivation and process of foundation of interest to physical training and sports classes - the major condition of education of personal physical training of a person. Authors give some practical recommendations for studying motivation and interests of schoolboys, students and working Russians which are resulted in the article.
