    The researches of the author were showed, that traditions of family physical education, living in national culture for the centuries, are practically lost today. The revival of these traditions in the modern conditions significant not only for the strengthening of the health of rising generation, its physical development and physical training, but also can promote the preventive maintenance of the negative phenomena among children and teenagers, their formation as personalities, strengthening of the family values. Probably the efforts of the whole society and the help of the appropriate state structures can solve this problem.
