    The material of the research was the information of the federal databank on the condition of physical preparedness of pupils, having been generated according to the forms of statistical reporting on the basis of long-term supervision (2000, 2001, 2002) within the framework of the sports program "Presidential competitions". The characteristic of physical readiness as a whole on region was carried out on the integrated parameter designed on an average level of physical readiness of pupils in each parallel, having been taken part in the sports program " Presidential competitions ". The analytical maintenance of the federal databank of the condition of physical preparedness of pupils of Russia submitted in the article is a necessary component of popularization of the sports program "Presidential competitions", and also a basis for the development of administrative decisions on strengthening the health of rising generation by means of physical culture and mass sports on the regional and federal levels.
