    According to the authors opinion, during the development of optimum technologies of training within the framework of the improvement of professional skill the most rational is the modular principle of organization of educational process. The modular technology of improvement of professional skill assumes careful study of the subject and remedial contents of each module as organic component of educational process. One of the basic conditions of the decision of this problem is the creation of multichannel system of information communications. One can realize the opportunity of an individualization of training only on the basis of reorganization of systems and methods of training at which direct and return information communications can become multichannel, and methods of management - closed, basing on the features of a contingent of trainees.
