    Considering the problem of perfection of the organization of physical training in elementary secondary schools, it is necessary to stop on the existing now principles of liberation from occupations of physical culture and formation of special medical groups. The given problem is especially actual, as there is no precise legalized list of diseases and pathological conditions nowadays which are the basis for liberation from the occupations of physical culture or the enrolment of children in special medical groups. The results of the research testify that for today there are many russian children liberated from the occupations of physical culture and referred to special medical groups without the slightest grounds, the occupations at which do not solve any of problems of impellent rehabilitation of the similar contingent of persons.
