The analysis of existing programs, manuals for teachers, manuals for pupils carried out by the authors, has shown, that the authors of concepts and programs mark, that realization of the purposes of physical training is based on the main principles of the general concept of continuous education. Among problems the developers put forward the purchase of necessary knowledge in the field of physical culture and sports, education of concern and skill to be independently engaged in physical exercises, to apply them meaningly with a view of rest, training, increase of serviceability and strengthening of health. Hence, the creation of conditions for the search of the best variants of the decision of an impellent problem at the lessons of physical culture, comparison of these variants, finding the differences and similarities in the performance of the elements of complete action, the statement of the pupil in the position of the one estimating another results in formation of a self-estimation and stronger mastering of knowledge of the investigated movement.
