    The purpose of the research is to reveal the basic forming a determinant of space of physical culture and sports for self-realization of a personality. As a result of the research 12 parameters describing the features of self-realization of a personality and his attitude to the physical culture and sports were received. The author established, that the comprehensively staticized space of physical culture and sports is ideal for the formation the optimum self-realization of a personality in it. The more structural components are not staticized in the space of physical culture and sports, the less are its forming opportunities in the direction of the self-realization of a personality. To make active the opportunities of physical culture and sports in the direction of the formation of the optimum self-realization of a personality, it is necessary to analyze it from the point of view of spatial construction and to staticize its "sinking down" structural components.
