    According to the authors opinion, the physical culture should be considered as an area of the cultural phenomena connected to the development of human flesh into human somatic (having overbiological substratum) and the inclusion of the natural individual in the world of culture. But the area of the cultural phenomena is connected to somatic life of human beings, their physical condition. Therefore it is necessary to concern to a physical condition as to a specific cultural value, it is necessary to achieve its improvement and perfection. In the area of sports the opening and demonstration of borders of human life is carried out. And this applicability (essence) realizes sports within the framework of physical culture, instead of outside of them.
