    Among the set of questions which are necessary for discussing and solving for the successful development of children sports and its normative-legal maintenance in Russia, the author stops on three problems. The Structure of educational-sports establishments cultivating children sports. Colleges of Olympic reserve and their role in training of high class sportsmen. The educational standard in the subject "physical culture and sports " in educational-sports establishments. At the effective decision of these questions the productivity of the work of many sports schools, especially rural, will considerably increase and the potential opportunities of all children sports will be raised.
