    In the article the author's program of rehabilitation of disabled children with the use of a piano (or a synthesizer) as an original simulator for the development of a large and fine motility of hands and fingers are stated. The application of specific game methods in an initial stage of training is also possible without mastering the knowledge of a musical notation. To play the piano, not becoming attached to the musical text, is possible with any hands: both with normal muscular-motor reaction, and with essential defeats of motor functions at the spastic and languid paresis. The special methodical ways offered in the program can be widely used in practice of musical teaching and education of children with various medical diagnoses. The tasks which are put by the author, are directed to the socialization of children with limited opportunities of the ability to live, their adaptation in modern life and education high-grade and full members of the modern society.
