    The physical culture education is considered as a deductively directed process of a pupils' personality socialization.The Physical culture as a complex discipline of a school curriculum integrates the natural-scientific knowledge of a man. The given conceptions demand the transformation of the teacher's activity into a real creative activity of a teacher, realized in cooperation with a pupil. The modern scientific-technical base creation becomes the principal condition of successful innovations in the system of physical culture education in a secondary school. According to the concept, the physical education should consist of three parts. The first one lasts four years and it's purpose is to identify students in the physical culture, the next one lasts five years and aimed to individualize students motor activities and the last one targeted to the students' actualization in that sphere. The concept was approved by the Russian Ministry of education as a perspective project for the general secondary school development.
