    The purpose of the research was the studying of the dynamics of vegetative functions and the coupling of cardiorespiratory parameters at adaptation to physical loadings. 10 healthy men, students of the 1st course of Cherepovets state university in the age of 18-21 were surveyed. According to the tasks of the experiment there was carried out the estimation of the vegetative status of the students and the parameters of their cardiorespiratory systems on the background of veloergometric loading growing in discrete steps. The active orthostatic test was used For the estimation of the vegetative regulation of cardiovascular system. Dosed out physical loadings result in the formation of the general compensative-adaptive reactions of an organism with involving the vegetative and cardiorespiratory systems modulated by the specific features of an organism.
