    The purpose of the research was to show the efficiency of the use of computer programs in mastering the bases of knowledge on the healthy lifestyle and the physical development of children of senior preschool age (5-6 years). In the opinion of the author, the use of modern information technologies by the senior preschool children is an effective means of education and development of their creative skills, formation of their personality, enrichment of the intellectual sphere, preservation and strengthening of health.
