    The purpose of the research was studying the structural factors mainly determining the creative thinking of students as one of professional skills of the future experts in the field of physical culture and sports. 146 students of the day time department, studying the specialty "Physical culture and sports" have taken part in the research. In the opinion of the author, no matter how good a teacher (in traditional aspect) is prepared, the ways of his activity and the technique used by him do not allow to lead students to the higher level of mastering the contents of education as the authoritative pedagogics of requirements is laid in the traditional technology in which there are no conditions for the display of individual skills and creative displays of a person.
