    Проведен анализ компьютерных технологий и исследование эффективности информационно-методической системы "Гармония тела" в процессе физического воспитания студенческой молодежи.

    It was conducted the analysis of computer technology in physical education. It was conducted the researches of the effectiveness of information and methodical system of "Harmony of the body" in the process of physical upbringing students. Its structure is opened, appointment and possibility of the modules of this computer program. In the article are expounded the results of the conducted expert estimation of informatively-methodical system of "Harmony of the body'', in which had taken part the teachers of higher educational establishments III-IV of level of accreditation. The results of the conducted expert estimation confirmed the effectiveness of using these technologies in physical education of students.
