Рассмотрены вопросы повышения эффективности учебно-тренировочного процесса и соревновательной деятельности на основе учета законов биомеханики и индивидуальных антропометрических характеристик спортсменов. Установлено влияние росто-весовых показателей, длины и масс звеньев тела на момент инерции и, следовательно, на скорость выполнения преимущественно поступательных и вращательных движений, на временные параметры и энергозатраты выполнения технических действий.
Questions of efficiency of training process and competitive activities are considered. The possibilities of accounting in preparing the athletes of the laws of biomechanics and anthropometric characteristics of individual athletes. The experiment involved 16 qualified athletes (age 19 - 25 years) engaged in hand to hand combat.
