В статье дана характеристика современной образовательной парадигмы, в связи, с идеями которой рассматривается проблема использования интерактивных технологий обучения в высшей школе. Подчеркиваются значимость и специфика применения интерактивного обучения, рассматриваются отдельные аспекты использования интерактивных технологий в учебном процессе вуза. Особое внимание уделено различиям между традиционным и интерактивным обучением. Показано, что интерактивное обучение напрямую связано с мотивацией и самореализацией обучаемого, стимулирующей, коммуникативной и рефлексивной функциями учебной деятельности. Определены особенности интерактивного обучения в рамках коммуникации, в процессе обучения курсантов военного вуза. Показаны, функции и ролевые позиции преподавателя как участника процесса мотивации обучаемых к самостоятельному решению педагогической задачи. Отмечается значимость интерактивных технологий в теоретической и практической подготовке будущих офицеров внутренних войск МВД России.
The article presents the characteristics of the modern educational paradigm in connection with which the ideas of the problem of use of the interactive technologies of training at the higher school are considered. The importance and specifics of application of the interactive training are emphasized, the separate aspects of use of the interactive technologies in educational process of higher education institution are considered. The special attention is paid to distinctions between the traditional and interactive training. It is shown that the interactive training is directly connected with the motivation and self-realization of the trainee stimulating the communicative and reflexive functions of the educational activity. The features of interactive training within communication in the course of training of the cadets of the military higher education institution are defined. There have been shown the functions and role positions of the teacher as participant of the process of motivation of trainees to the independent solution of the pedagogical task. The importance of the interactive technologies in theoretical and practical training of the future officers of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is noted.
