Подготовка адъюнктов в военных вузах до настоящего времени, регламентировалась соответствующими нормативно-правовыми актами, разработанными МВД России. Переподчинение внутренних войск МВД России вновь создаваемой Федеральной службе национальной гвардии России и вхождение их в состав войск Национальной гвардии России (Росгвардии) (http://www.garant.ru/hotlaw/federal/707786/) естественным образом требует пересмотра системы подготовки научно-педагогических кадров. В статье установлены факторы, определяющие направленность образовательной среды при подготовке адъюнктов в вузах внутренних войск. В качестве основных факторов, определяющих направленность образовательной среды при подготовке адъюнктов в вузах внутренних войск МВД России, респонденты отметили: обеспечение преемственности в подготовке адъюнктов для вузов внутренних войск МВД России, а также использование непрерывности в повышении научной квалификации адъюнктов. Отмечается важность индивидуального выбора направления для научного поиска в ходе адъюнктской подготовки, а также ориентация подготовки адъюнктов на потребности в педагогах для вузов внутренних войск МВД России. Менее значимыми факторами являются: направленность подготовки адъюнктов к вариативным условиям педагогической деятельности и постоянный контроль над уровнем научного роста адъюнктов вузов внутренних войск МВД России.
Training of the graduates in the military academy until now was regulated by the relevant normative legal acts developed by the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Russia. Resubmission of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to the created Federal service of the National Guard of Russia and entrance of them in the structure of troops of National Guard of Russia naturally demands the revision of the system of preparation of the research and educational personnel. The article outlines the factors defining the orientation of the educational environment when training graduates in a military academy in higher education institutions of the internal troops. As the major factors defining the orientation of the educational environment when training graduates in the military academy in higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia respondents have noted: the ensuring the continuity in training of graduates in the military academy for higher education institutions of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and also use of the continuity in increase of scientific qualification of the graduates in a military academy. Importance of the individual choice of the direction for scientific search is noted during the preparation, and also orientation of the training of graduates in a military academy on the needs for teachers for higher education institutions of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Less significant factors are the following: the orientation of the training of graduates in the military academy for variable conditions of the pedagogical activity and constant control over the level of the scientific growth of the graduates for the military academy of higher education institutions of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
