Статья посвящена проблеме формирования физкультурной компетентности у студентов в информационно-образовательной среде вуза. Определены универсальные детализированные компетенции и введено понятие элективной среды физического воспитания. Разработана авторская модель формирования физкультурной компетентности, в основе которой лежит построение элективной среды физического воспитания через информатизацию и дифференциацию учебного процесса, интеграцию учебной и внеучебной работы, модульное структурирование и спиральное конструирование учебного материала, рейтинговую оценку достижений бакалавров, а также организацию различного рода микросред и практик. Доказано, что элективная среда физического воспитания должна быть открытой, гибкой, кластерно-сетевой, личностно ориентированной, чтобы побуждать студента к поиску собственных результатов учебной и внеучебной деятельности для проявления и самовыражения его индивидуальности средствами физической культуры и массового спорта.
The subject of the research is formation of physical culture competence of students in the the information and education environment of the university. The authors have obtained the detailed universal competences and introduced the concept of the elective physical education environment. The content and functions of the elective environment of physical training have been described. The authors have developed the model for formation of the physical education competence which cornerstone is creation of the elective environment of the physical training through the informatization and differentiation of the educational process, the integration of the educational and extra-curricular activities, the modular structuring and spiral designing of the training material, the rating assessment of achievements of the students, and also the organization of the different microenvironments and the practices. It has been proved that the elective environment of physical education has to be open, flexible, cluster-network, personally focused to induce the student to search for the own results of the educational and extracurricular activities for manifestation and self-expression of their identity by means of the physical culture and mass sports.
